Dallas to Presidential commission of inquiry on massive fraud and corruption; Keheliya to the FCID

Former minister Dalas Alahapperuma was present at the Presidential Commission of Inquiry on Massive Fraud and Corruption this morning.
Alahapperuma was summoned to the Presidential Commission of Inquiry in connection with none payment of fees that he should pay to a state media institution for utilizing election campaign advertisements to promote former president Mahinda Rajapaksa during the last presidential election.
Dallas Alahapperuma functioned as the chairman of the UPFA election campaign committee during the last Presidential election.
Other members of the committee are Keheliya Rambukwella, Dayasiri Jayasekera, Anura Priyadarshana Yapa and Manusha Nanayakkara.
Meanwhile former minister Keheliya Rambukwella was present at the FCID today.
Rambukwella was summoned to the FCID in order to record a statement in connection with a monetary fraud that has been committed in Selacine; an institution came under the purview of the Media Ministry.
