Master Chef and Director of Mount Lavinia Hotel, Dr. Publis Silva is preparing to make a revolutionary exposure to the world of food in 2016.
Dr. Publis Silva stressed that he is ready to reveal a series of documented evidence into when and how did prehistoric humans started cooking, and how the ingredients and spices made its way to flavour food.
“On the one hand, this is quite a challenging task,” the culinary legend said.
However, Dr. Publis Silva is expected to publish a book revealing these facts and findings by next year. A number of explorations have been done in this regard.
The Veteran Chef is also expecting to provide an opportunity for people to test the food made utilizing these ingredients, spices and methods in the near future.
