NFF yet to take final decision whether to contest Uva PC under UPFA ticket

The National Freedom Front said it has not taken a final decision yet whether to contest the Uva Provincial Council Election under the UPFA ticket.
NFF Media Spokesman and former MP Mohammad Musammil told our news team a final decision will be taken when party central committee meeting to be held at the end of this month.
He said the party will take a decision on the basis of the progress of the proposals given to the government.
Meanwhile government coalition party JHU Deputy General Secretary Udaya Gammanpila said his party will take a decision tomorrow whether it contests the Uva Provincial Council election.
Another government coalition Sri Lanka Muslim Congress stated recently that it will contest the Uva Provincial Council election on its own.
Meanwhile Workers National Front led by MP P Digambaram has decided to contest the Uva Provincial Council election under the UPFA ticket.
At the same time, Ceylon Workers Congress MP Muttu Sivalingam said his party has not taken a decision over the Uva Provincial Council election.
