Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksa and former President Mahinda Rajapakse’s son stated that he was not cognizant about an incident where a man said to be a body guard (security office) of his was caught carrying a gun in the vicinity of President Maithripala Sirisena in Angunukolapelassa on Saturday (25).

Parliamentarian Namal Rajapakse stated….

"I have seen few reports in social media circulating about such an incident, but what I have to emphasize is, I am truly not aware about such a thing at all and neither am I informed about it as yet," MP Namal Rajapaksa stated.
