
Another revelation by Fonseka’s former media secretary

Democratic Party former media secretary Sanjeeva Samarasinghe said that he was pressurized to leave the country during the time he was engaged in political activities with party leader Sarath Fonseka.
Addressing a media conference in Colombo today, Samarasinghe said that the U.S. Embassy in Colombo was prepared to issue him visa.
He also said that Sarath Fonseka had been instrumental in preparing the background to obtain visa through the U.S. Embassy.
