Two SL athletes missing in S. Korea

The National Olympic Committee of Sri Lanka (NOC) confirmed that two of the athletes who were at South Korea for the Asian Games had disappeared.

Foreign media reports earlier stated that two Sri Lankan athletes had gone missing from their Asian Games village and said they were believed to have run away seeking jobs in South Korea. The member of the hockey team has been identified as Prasanna Dissanayake.

Reports said that the sportsmen represented the Lankan hockey and volleyball teams.
