Man arrested with heroin and foreign notes

A man was arrested with heroin and foreign notes in Hikkaduwa area in Galle.

Police has arrested him as he was distributing the illegal drug on a motorbike.

He was previously arrested and jailed over similar charges and his wife was also caught in for peddling drugs.
