PM to address the World Islamic Economic Conference today in Indonesia


Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe arrived in Indonesia on a two day official visit yesterday.

The Prime Minister will be attending the 12th World Islamic Economic Forum in Jakarta where he is scheduled to deliver a speech today.

On the sidelines of the forum, the Prime Minister is scheduled to hold bilateral talks with Indonesian President Joko Widodo, Finance Minister Sri Mulyani Indrawati and Maritime Affairs Minister.

The Premier will also meet several state leaders including the Malaysian Prime Minister Abdul Razak and Tajikistan President.

Prime Minister will also hold discussions with Jordan's Deputy Prime Minister Jawad al-Anani.
