PM to have special discussions with the JVP and UNF

Two special discussions will be held between Prime Minister Ranil Wickremesinghe and UNF cabinet Ministers today.
In response to a query made by our news team a senior UNP minister said that a discussion between UNP cabinet ministers and the Prime Minister would be held at the parliamentary complex at 3 p.m. today.
Similarly all MPs elected to parliament under the UNF will meet the Prime Minister at Temple Trees at 6 p.m. today.
Meanwhile former Minister Nandimitra Ekanayake says that the joint opposition as well as the SLFP will begin meetings from Badulla.
The former Minister said so subsequent to a discussion held at a hotel in Ahungalla yesterday under the patronage of SLFP Re-organisation committee chairperson and former President Chandrika Bandaranaike Kumaranatunga.
SLFP general secretary Duminda Dissanayake as well as a group of Ministers and MPs had participated in the discussion.
