United People’s Freedom Alliance (UPFA) MP Mahindananda Aluthgamage has been summoned before the Presidential Commission of Inquiry (PRECIFAC) once again today.
The UPFA MP was issued summons to appear before the Commission yesterday.
However, MP Aluthgamage informed the Presidential Commission of Inquiry yesterday that he was unable to appear before the Commission.
Accordingly, MP Aluthgamage was issued summons to appear before the Commission today.
MP Mahindananda Aluthgamage was summoned over investigations into a plot of land belonging to the Department of Railways in Nawalapitiya being leased to the Mahindananda Aluthgamage Foundation during the tenure of the United People’s Freedom Alliance led government.
