
Laggala police weapons recovered from a temple

The T-56 firearm and five revolvers that were stolen from the Laggala Police station, Matale were recovered from the Wallewala, Sandagala Temple in Laggala this morning.
Police said the weapons were found following a tip off from its Chief Incumbent.
Police also said that the firearms were left at the temple, situated about five kilometers from the Laggala Police station.
