Tom jones to return to voice

After being axed from The Voice by BBC bosses, Sir Tom Jones is being lined up to return to the show when it moves to ITV.

The singer is understood to have contacted the programme’s owners Talpa to offer his services when he learned it was switching channels.

Sources say a deal is being thrashed out – with Sir Tom who is now 75, agreeing to a huge pay cut.

He was on around 500,000 pounds a year when he was a coach on The Voice at the BBC but is now expected to be pulling in 150,000 pounds.
