I have no connection to the witnesses death and letter; Ananda Sarath Kumaara

Former North Western Provincial Councilor Aananda Sarath Kumaara  has given a statement to the police to the effect that he had no connection whatsoever to the death of the fourth witness in the case of forcing the Navagattegama School teacher to kneel or the sending of a letter threatening the teacher with death.

A few days ago while the dead body of the fourth witness in the case was recovered from an abandoned well on the first of this month, a letter in the name of former MP Ananda Sarath Kumara had  also  been recovered wherein the teacher concerned had been threatened with death.
