State Ministers presented with a problem

State ministers say that due to the absence of clear allocation of ministerial responsibilities it has become impossible to carry out duties accordingly.

The accusations were directed at cabinet ministers, for not allocating clear cut assignments, even though the president and prime minister had apparently informed the cabinet.

With the current government coming into power, 19 state ministers were appointed and 433 departments were established.

Though the Ministry of Industry and commerce holds the most number of departments, no responsibilities have been assigned to the state minister.
