State BJP president Tamilisai Soundararajan, on Wednesday, dismissed the 4-party People's Welfare Front (PWF) as an alliance without any credibility among the people and said it would disintegrate before the Assembly elections.
Speaking to reporters, Ms. Tamilisai said the parties in the alliance — CPI, CPI(M), VCK and MDMK — are likely to part ways due to irreconcilable differences already emerging.
“The parties have no cohesion. Individually, they are facing trouble within their ranks. This front will unravel before elections,” she asserted.
She said the four parties had no clout among the voters and even if they manage to stick together, if will make no impact in the elections or the politics of Tamil Nadu.
