A biology teacher has come up with a unique way to keep her classes interested while she teaches them. Debby Heerkens, a biology teacher at the Groene Hart Rijnwoude school in the Netherlands, has her classes enthralled as she teaches about the body’s internal organs and the skeleton.
And her method couldn’t be more simple. In the video, which was shot while Debby was teaching, she takes off her top layer of clothes to reveal a spandex body suit covered with an accurate representation of the body’s organs.
She then teaches her class while pointing at different organs, allowing her pupil’s to see exactly where each one is located on a real human body. Debby originally discovered the educational body suits while browsing online, and immediately checked with her school’s director about whether she would be able to use them in her classes.
She was given the go-ahead, and promptly introduced the suits into her classes, allowing her pupil’s a more ‘interactive’ learning experience. Debby told a Netherland’s news site: “I saw someone walking in the muscle leggings last year.
